Tim Killian is a consultant specializing in strategic communications and political consulting. His work has included many aspects of criminal justice law and policy. He is Co-founder of Moreperfect.org, an experimental web site that seeks to involve citizens more directly in the process of drafting the laws that govern our communities. 
 

Tim is a lifelong resident of Washington State. He's the father of two young boys and spends his dwindling leisure time reading philosophy, running, biking and training for triathlons.
